It is much more convenient to read a book while holding it in your hands than sitting at a computer. And now the question arises, how to fasten these tens or hundreds of sheets? Below is a step-by-step instruction for stapling printed sheets so that they can be used repeatedly.

We will need the following materials:

  • printed sheets;
  • cutting board;
  • pencil;
  • screwdriver;
  • kapron twine;
  • thick needle;
  • matches;
  • scissors.

How to quickly stitch printed sheets into a book

1. Print out the desired book.


2. Carefully fold the sheets of the printed book into a pile.

3. We are looking for a base that is not of particular value (in our case, this is an old cutting board) so that at the time of drilling it does not damage the surface of the table


4. We fasten the sheets together with the cutting board with paper clips, mark three holes for drilling so that they do not find the printed text.

5. We drill three through holes, carefully remove the clips, remove the board and fasten the printed sheets again with paper clips.

6. We sew the book with a nylon twine using a needle. We tie the ends of the twine from the back side, cut off the excess with scissors, burn the ends with fire and press something hard to the back of the paper until it cools.

7. A low-budget version of the book, which is easy and very quick to do with your own hands, is ready!
